Vintage Sheaffer Self Filling Fountain Pen 14k Flexible Nib Sterling Silver

For your consideration is this restored Sheaffer self filling ringtop pen with a gorgeous sterling silver overlay. These are pretty early pens, probably 1920’s by my estimate as ringtops were very popular during this period. This pen has been fully restored – the old sac cleared and a new one fitted. The nib has been aligned and tested to be working well. The condition is excellent – the overlay is in great condition with no monograms or dents. The word “sterling” is slightly worn but visible on the cap. The nib is a flexible fine 14k Sheaffer #2 nib, the correct nib for the time (sample attached). There is some wear on the lever.
