This is an EXCEPTIONAL Parker ballpoint pen. Here are the facts about this pen. Body & cap material : Sterling silver body and cap. Body & cap finish : Sterling silver cisele pattern body and cap. Refill : Standard Parker ballpoint refill. Condition : Pen is pre-owned and in exceptionally clean condition. The sterling silver cisele body and cap are exceptionally clean with just very light micro-scratches from some use. No dents, dings, chips, cracks or damage at all. Excellent crisp grid pattern. Very c lean gold clip and button with a little discoloration on button. Nice parker logo disc in button. VM engraved on cap band. The pen has a new replacement refill in it and works well.
