Conklin Crescent Filler Pen. This week I will be listing several great pens including some exceptional Watermans with flex nibs and several New Old Stock Parker parts! Here is a Conklin Crescent Filler pen with a glorious Sterling Silver filigree over black hard rubber. This is a sharp pen with a great pattern, it has a gorgeous filigree with wide gaps over black hard rubber and has a leaf engraved on the cap and barrel winding through the filigree. This is an earlier Crescent Filler pen with a 2 stamped near the base of the barrel and the cap and barrel are both marked Sterling. It has a Conklin 2 Toledo 14kt nib, it has been restored and is fully working. The Sterling filigree has slight wear in spots but is free of any dings with a clean top cap. The barrel has a very tight hairline crack that travels through the barrel threads and ends just below the base of the threads. It has been professionally repaired but one would need to be careful when using the pen. This is a beautiful Conklin pen that would make a great addition to your pen collection!
