By the Edward Todd Pen Co. “Vest Pocket” pens were short (approx 3.5in), ringtop fountain pens manufactured during the early 20th century, as accessories to be attached to one half of a double-albert pocketwatch chain, with the watch and the pen being stored in opposing pockets on a man’s waistcoat (hence “vest-pocket” pen). Pen has been fully disassembled, cleaned, and resacced, and is in full working order.
