This is a Antique c. 1910 Parker Heath 14 Sterling Silver overlay 14K gold Lucky curve fountain pen. I just found this in my father’s collection. I know nothing about it other than it’s marked Patent 5-30-91, 1-30-05 Heath and has the Lucky Curve 14K gold Nib. The top has a silver ring and then what looks to be a 14K gold ring as well. I did not test it but it’s not faded so I believe it to be gold. The pen has not been serviced and I do not know if it writes or not. It was in my fathers collection and he has since passed on. It looks fantastic and I cleaned the silver. Measures a tad longer than 4 1/2 long with the cap in place. Both pens have the checkered grid sterling silver barrels and are from c. The ball point has the flat crown at top of the cap and is marked Parker – Sterling Silver – Made in USA. The fountain pen is the highly sought after very limited edition model with the same barrel finish; a Parker 14K gold nib; and barrel imprinted Parker – Made in USA – Sterling Silver – Spanish Treasure Fleet – 1715. Probably about as complete a set as the most discerning collector can hope to acquire! The sterling finish is excellent on both pens and we have not dipped, cleaned, polished, or otherwise messed with the surface of either. The Jotter ballpoint pen operates well and still has ink in it’s cartridge. The fountain pen has NOT been tested in any way and it should be assumed to be needing a new cartridge, as well as some nib cleaning and/or adjustment before being put back in service. Pens are 5 long. Net (before packing) weight of the box and items is 7-1/2 ounces.
