Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Yard O Led Retro Sterling Silver Fountain Pen, which comes with its presentation box and unstamped paperwork. The pen has never been inked and is presented in lovely condition. The pen is fitted with a glorious 18k medium nib. We have three of these available, all in the same condition. If you’re not familiar with Yard O Led then here’s a very quick introduction. The company was founded in England in 1934 and has produced stunning writing instruments ever since. The name comes from the fact that the early patent allowed the pencil to hold 12 three inch leads… Making it a yard of lead! The Retro is a completely different take on the usual Yard O Led look and it harks back to their original pens from the 1950’s. The black acrylic barrel and cap feature an engraved barley design, with the trim being crafted from AG925 sterling sliver (all the correct hallmarks are included).
