A stunning Sheaffer Targer Fountain Pen in the rare and highly desirable Laque Grey Marble Prestige pattern 1040 which was only produced in small numbers for 2 years 1989-91. It has a solid 14kt gold nib which looks to be a medium. It is in uninked near mint condition and has a beautiful sheen to it – to be accurate it does have some minute marks on the solid grey band – only one is visible to the naked eye – this is best seen on photo 8. It is supplied in its luxury Sheaffer box. A super pen in near mint condition.
