Thanks for checking out my listing for my Wright Brothers Sterling Silver Pen. The pen is a special edition #20/28 that is inscribed at the bottom of the pen. The pen is made by Krone, a renowned leader in special edition historical pens. This specific series was made for the 2003 Centennial of Flight, 100 years after the successful powered flight of Orville and Wilbur Wright on December 17, 1903. The pen has a sterling silver body and cap, hand-painted mother-of-pearl barrel depicting the Wright Brother’s historic flight at Kitty Hawk, and an authenticated fabric piece from the original 1903 Wright Flyer.
