Found in a local Twin Cities estate is a beautiful ballpoint pen that rarely comes available for sale. From what I read online, this wonderful Yard O Led 0.925 Sterling Silver Ballpoint Pen is from a limited run of only 250 pens. This one is stamped on the pocket clip as #55. As shown in the photos, the pen is in good physical condition without mars, scars, or scratches. Obviously a pen that has been loved and used, the pen has a nice’warm’ patina that can only be found on items with an authentic history. Oh, if it could talk! The pen measures approx 140mm in length and has a girth of approx 11mm at the top just below the topaz crown. A hefty ballpoint with a good balance, the pen weighs in at 42 grams. See the numerous hallmarks on the barrel; this pen has quite a pedigree! The pen will be sent with the ink cartridge as found. No idea the age of the cartridge or the ink contained, but the pen writes. The pen’twist’ mechanism works well; the ball point extends and retracts as one might expect.
