The pen offered for sale is in great condition. The pen is crafted from sterling silver, and was Made in the USA. This is the older version with the flat cap top and barrel bottom. The pen has no ink traces, and comes with the original Parker converter that works. The pen features a F Fine nib, manufactured from 14k gold. The cap closes very well, it’s not flimsy, and overall the pen is 100% functional, with no hidden flaws. The pen has no cracks or engravings , it is a very nice writing instrument and looks very well. There SHOULD be no import duty, our packages are declared differently, al though there is no guarantee. We are genuine pen lovers, and many pens offered for sale may have been a part of our collection, or have been written with by us.
