Up here is Waterman’s IDEAL 452-1/2v, which the makers offered a vintage Waterman’s Ideal STERLING SILVER OVERLAY, with HAND-ENGRAVED FLORAL VINE pattern, which was manufactured in USA circa 1910s. The model number’452-1/2V’ is embossed at the end of the barrel. This Waterman’s IDEAL is in nice condition. It is in STERLING SILVER overlay, which is rare and high ranged model. On the lever the’IDEAL’ globe is also embossed and is in prinistine condition. On the barrel is an empty space for personalization; the pen is not personalized. The pen bears a Waterman 14ct gold nib. A new sac has been fitted. The lever filling system is in good working order. The pen has been serviced and tested for its full functionality. This Waterman’s is a classic elegance and has been produced to the highest standards of craftsmanship. This would make an excellent gift to treat yourself or for someone special.
