Being offered is a circa 1948 sterling silver two compartment multi purpose desk object-originally a cigarette holder-by Sanborns, of Mexico City, Mexico, entirely handwrought triangular shaped pen, pencil, toothpicks etc holder with a hand engraved greek key pattern at top rim. Dimensions: 2 3/4 inches high x 3 inches long x 1 3/4 inches wide. Marked as illustrated in photo. Great silver guage, nearly a heavy 5 ozs. Truly an incredible objet d’art!
