IT DOES HAVE LIGHT TARNISH THAT IS EASILY REMOVED WITH A JEWELERS CLOTH. NEW IN ORIGINAL OPERA DOOR BOX WITH PAPERS, CONVERTER, AND POLISHING CLOTH AS WELL AS OUTER SLEEVE.
