This is a solid sterling silver Parker 75 fountain pen, a vintage pen made in the USA. It has gold plated trim and a 14k gold fine nib. The pen has quite a bit of tarnish and the clip and top are brassed. Small pinpoint dents that are hard to see and impossible to photograph. I think you can see the dent near the clip in the photo.
