Vintage, TIFFANY & Co Sterling Silver 925 MUSIC TREBLE CLEF BALLPOINT PEN, Gift

This is a beautiful, vintage, Tiffany and Company sterling silver pen with treble clef “clip” on the top of the pen. Beneath the clef, the barrel of the pen is decorated in delicately etched music staff, with notes. A lovely piece that would be a thoughtful gift for any music lover. It is also a good investment, since it is solid sterling silver. It is a discontinued, retired Tiffany item, so they are hard to find. It is marked along the top of the pen, and it reads TIFFANY & CO, 925, USA. The pen writes in medium black ink. The ink cartridge inside is marked: TIFFANY & CO, K6, TIFFANY MED. H You twist the pen to expose the point so yum write with it. Twist it back and the point retracts. This sterling silver pen is in very good condition. A gift, it has been sitting in its box for years. The pen has areas of tarnish, and fine scratches that are visible with a magnifying glass. The blue flannel sleeve is in excellent shape. The box is a bit discolored from age, has scratches and damaged corners and edges–the blue coloring has worn off to show white. The pen is 5 long. It is 1/4 wide at the barrel. The treble clef is 1 1/2″ long and 1/2″ at its widest point. It weighs approximately 1.5 ounces? The blue flannel Tiffany sleeve is 6 1/2″ by 2 1/4″. The Tiffany & Co.
