I have researched the following maker-info on the internet. Victor Fountain Pen Company, Inc. The factory was at 115 Worth Street. When it took over the United States Fountain Pen Company in 1922 the business moved to 109 Lafayette Street, New York, NY. Right from the beginning, in addition to making standard self-filling pens and mechanical pencils, the new company made a line of small pens that could be converted to full length ones. It appears to precede this timeline. 3 pen (screwed-closed), appears quite well made. Marked “Sterling” on exterior of cover bottom of screw-off top. / and on marked area on smooth top band of barrel. Marked “VICTOR” / “Sterling “around top of thickest part of body, below black plastic? , with black section unscrewable to interior. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
