Montblanc Meisterstuck Solitaire Sterling Silver 925 Rollerball Pen. My late husband had a small pen collection, this is one of those pens. The collection has been stored in one of my closets for over 9 years. When I got them out the Sterling Silver pens were almost black. I put them aside in the “throw away” pile because honestly I thought they were trash, nothing I could do they were so ugly! I researched the other pens and saw how beautiful the Sterling Silver pens were and looked into it. I had the polishing cloth, just had to spend a couple of days working on them! I cannot believe the difference!! If they find a home where someone knows what they’re doing they will probably be even more beautiful. There is a small dent near the base (See pictures – 2 different angles). Also near base there is a slightly visible line around the pen. I think it’s from the cap being put on the barrel tightly and twisting the cap. It may be possible to polish it out. Made almost entirely from Solid Sterling 925 Silver with a Pinstripe pattern and Gold Plated Trim. Engraved on Middle Band of Cap : MONTBLANC-MEISTERSTUCK. Engraved on Clip Ring : IR2506990 (Serial Number), GERMANY, METAL2. Engraved on Back of Clip : Pix. Engraved Above Gold Bands on Cap : Ag925.
