This will need new ink. Tiffany & co sterling and blue enamel diamond pattern pen. Ballpoint retracts in and out by simply twisting the pen. Nice condition, other than needing a new ink refill. Comes with a pouch and box as shown. Ink replacement should be 4.2 inches long and #207. 4.64 inches long.
